  • Established a state of an art, fully computerised, robotic, automised cable tie manufacturing unit; first of its kind in Victoria and fine metal stamping of connector contacts (totalling of 6 million US dollars)
  • Design of products, injection moulds, overseeing manufacturing of moulds, erection commissioning of robots, automatic trimming, packing, sealing, ordering materials, quality control, etc.

Technical Adviser/Product Manager – Panduit AUST PTY LTD (1987 – 1988)
  • In charge of internet sales, product management, training of sales people on new product lines, conducting seminars, customer liaison

Product and Manufacturing Manager – Panduit Singapore PTY LTD (1981 – 1987)
  • Established a state of the art injection moulding plant, right from erection and commission, worked through various departments – tool room manager, technical adviser, marketing and product management
  • Design of products, injection moulds, overseeing manufacturing of moulds, automatic trimming, packing, sealing, ordering materials, quality control and supervising 320 staff at the production department

  • Numerous appearances in state, national and international media in support of Victorian community – including authoring of press releases and media appearances
  • Establishment of Project Steering Committee for Multicultural Precinct project (in cooperation with various Chinese community and Iranian Community associations and City of Manningham)
  • In the month of April 2010 united 52 community groups under the umbrella of an Indian federation to celebrate Unity in Diversity. The day festival was attended by more than 5000 people.
  • A free Community newspaper was established to promote Indian culture to the main stream Australians
  • Encourage the community organistions to start language classes at the FIAV community hall successfully managed to launch, Tamil, Telegu, Hindi and Sanskrit to the future generation of Australian born Indians.
  • The regional Victorian Indian associations were formed, encouraged to join FIAV to strengthen the community’s unity. Ballarat and Gippsland.

  • Actively involved in organizing a fleet of 110 buses with drivers for transporting performers from various suburbs in Melbourne and for Indian performers from Ballarat to Melbourne every day
  • Also appointed as the Vice Chairman for the 2010 Commonwealth Games Committee in India
  • Coordinating between WIZCRAFT and SHIMAK DAWAR SCHOOL OF DANCES for the closing ceremony with local school children 
  • Actively involved in organizing the Games Village for the India athletes
