Since 2002, an active committee member for the Melbourne Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce. In 2006- 2008, Elected as the President, also served as the Vice President for the Oceania Chapter. Currently an Advisory Committee of the World Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce.
 
Also a Multi Award Winning Musician with a Performing Arts qualification in Music from Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne University.

2009 Australian National Volunteer Award by Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, Commonwealth Government.
 
Ambassador for Energizing Enterprise 2009. Energizing Enterprise is a State-wide business festival hosted by Department of Small Business Victoria,  with over 470 events held across the State in August every year.

Professional Career History :
As Director and Co-founder of Institute for Design Entertainment and the Arts (I.D.E.A.) in Year 1997 &  received:
  • Year 2001,  Victorian Small Training Provider of  Year awarded by Victoria Department of Education and Early Childhood Education, States of Victoria
  • Year 2001, Australian Training Award for Small Training Provider of the Year, Awarded by Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relation. Federal Government Australia.
  • In 2004 established English Language College - Matrix English Melbourne.
